1.What about size and color?

   The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage or catalogue.

2.What material?

   Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852(British Standard).

3.Can you print my picture or logo on the products?

  Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.

4.Can you design one specially?

   Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

5.What included in products?

   It is included inflatable games, blower, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue),ground sheet.

6.What kind of guarantee you give?

   Our inflatable games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

7.Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?

   Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

9.How do I order?

b. Click on "Order online", fill in the customer info and submit;

   c. We will sign a "Order Conformation", send you a scan original copy by e-mail.

10.How do I pay?

   Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

11.How do you start the order?

   We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.

12.Producing time?  
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

13.Shipping?

   Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charge is different for different country.
14.Accesorry?
We provide many kinds of air blowers for different country usage. Such as 110V or 220V, 50HZ or 60HZ and so on. Revolutionary plastic housing design, absolute insulation, Lightweight, easy to carry, which has got types of patents. We have passed the certificates of CE,UL,GS,PSE and SAA.
At the same time, we provide suitable plugs for different country. It just need about 5 minitues to inflate a medium inflatable game.
